Partner Discovery Questionnaire
The pre-engagement intake conversation. Four sections: partner business model, vendor relationship, client problem, and where the current go-to-market motion breaks down. Designed to run as a conversation, not filled in advance. Section 3 has six archetype-specific question variants.
Engagement Kickoff Deck
Ten slides from why we're here through to next steps. Covers how the engagement works, what the partner brings, what gets delivered, the vendor's role in the room, session plan, and ground rules. Session plan slide has six archetype-specific variants at the back.
Session Facilitation Guide
The MM-facing session playbook. Facilitation principles, standard session structure, how to handle common dynamics including vendor dominance and cultural deference, and the output capture standard. Core discussion block for minutes 10–40 has six archetype-specific question sets. Not shared with partner or vendor.
Client Session Worksheet
Used in-session by the partner with their client. Five parts: client context, the problem as the client sees it, current state, constraints, and session output. The client problem section has six archetype-specific question variants. White-labeled under the partner's brand.
Gap Analysis Tracker
Four-tab workbook. Gap Log with 50 pre-formatted rows and dropdown validation. Resolution Tracker linking each gap to an owner and action. Vendor Summary with auto-totalling counts and recommended actions table for vendor sharing at close. Archetype Flags with 24 pre-populated gap checks across all six scenarios.
Engagement Status Tracker
Five-tab workbook. White-Label Cover Sheet System
Standards reference and six ready-to-use cover sheets, one per archetype. Each carries the partner logo zone, document title block, metadata fields, archetype-specific classification marking, and IP ownership language. Markings range from Confidential through Security Operations Sensitive.
